Under this arrangement Foran Realty is the Merchant of Record and payments will be made to homeowners in the same manner as they would be paid for a booking directly through Foran Realty. (All monies received during a month are paid the 1st of the month following)

Yes, please post my property to other third part channels such as AirBnb, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, etc. Under this arrangement these channels are the merchant of record and will charge your guests the full rate for their stay at the time of booking. They will confirm the booking with Foran Realty but will not issue any payments to Foran Realty until the day after the guest checks in. Foran Realty will then issue payments to owners in accordance with our policy of issuing payments on the 1st of the month following the month the money was received.
